Susan Jullens- Owner/Director/Instructor/Choregrapher

I am so pleased to be a part of such an amazing group. I started my twirling career as a competition twirler. Upon graduating high school, I became an LSU Tigerette. I twirled at LSU from 1981-1983. After which I enjoyed working with several groups and private students. In 1992, I began an organization called Starsteppers which evolved into All- Star Twirl and Dance. I operated this studio for 15 years. In 2016, I began Louisiana Twirl Force and have been going strong. Our twirlers and color guard members enjoy performing in local events, competitions, parades, as well as our recital. I have worked with many twirlers and twirling groups including, Central Private, Silliman, Northwestern Middle, Lutcher High School, St. James High School, Ville Platte High School, Our Lady Of Lourdes Middle School, Walker High School, Denham Springs Junior High, Slaughter Charter School, Wossman High School, All-Star Marching Camp, and many many more. I'm proud to say that I am the Louisiana State NBTA Contest Director and have personally taken it upon myself to help rebuild the sport of baton twirling in Louisiana.

Luke St.Romain- Colorguard Instructor- My name is Luke St.Romain and I've been doing colorguard for 8 years.  I've spun with many groups including multiple different independent groups and my high school group at Walker High School.  I started my color guard journey self taught for over two years before I joined Louisiana Twirl Force.  I started in the junior group and quickly moved up to the Senior group with the more advanced performers.  For the pat few years, I've been performing with my high school for both fall and winter seasons.  Around three years ago, I started choreographing for schools in my area.  This quickly evolved, and I am now choregraphing for multiple color guards across the United States.  I've taught many different level including third grader all the way to work class high schoolers. I taught the color guard at U High school for two year and this year, I will be choreographing by Covenant Christian Academy in Houma, Louisiana.  I'm proud to say that each and every group I've choreographed for has been medalists in their category.  I'm super excited to be teaching the LATF Color Guard this year, and look forward to rebuilding our sport of the art one day at a time!
